Since 2000, John has been growing a self-funded, successful recruitment business delivering permanent and contract talent solutions. Within his role, he guides a management team to get the best out of their employees and show the values of the company.

John provides extensive strategic support to a number of group businesses and overseas investments across both SUMO Developments and KRM Properties to enable their success.
John works across the UK, bringing a wealth of expertise which includes investing in and supporting businesses through periods of growth, helping to drive new strategies for both his own businesses and his clients to implement suitable business solutions in a changing economic climate.
John has built a network of trusted tradespeople, consultants and building services providers. The group of companies use, for example, PwC as their advisors, Mazars as their auditors and Handelsbanken and RBS as their bankers.
John consistently promotes brand standards and values whilst leading from the front, empowering his leadership team to deliver on business strategy.
