Andrew works closely with, and reports to, John Morris covering all aspects of finance, purchase, design and construction of properties for both rental and resale.
Andrew manages and supervises teams of labourers and tradespeople throughout the construction process of each property including maintenance of rental properties. He also liaises with estate agents, architects, planners and building inspectors.

1986 – 2015
- Andrew joined as a self-employed installations supervisor and 4 years later he went on to buy the business. Perwood Ltd became ACW Installations – the business covered all aspects of double-glazing supply, installation and construction.
- Andrew was a hands-on owner who ran the business successfully until he sold it in order to spend more time with family in 2015.

proven and successful leader within construction.
Working on both rental and resale properties he regularly liaises with a variety of stakeholders such as estate agents, building inspectors and material suppliers to keep the jobs running as smoothly as possible.
